አናጢዎች ለህንፃዎች እና ሌሎች ግንባታዎች የእንጨት እቃዎችን ይቆርጣሉ, ይቀርፃሉ እና ይሰበስባሉ። በፈጠራቸውም እንደ ፕላስቲክ እና ብረት ያሉ ቁሳቁሶችን ይጠቀማሉ። ከእንጨት የተሠሩ የእንጨት ሕንፃዎችን ለመደገፍ የእንጨት ሥራ ፈጣሪዎች የእንጨት ፍሬሞችን ይፈጥራሉ።

በኩባንያው መስፈርቶች መሠረት ምርቶችን ማምረት መቆጣጠር ፣ ማፅደቅ ፣
በአዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂዎች እና አዳዲስ ምርቶች ልማት ውስጥ መሳተፍ;
የተመረቱ ምርቶችን ጥራት ማወቅ እና መቆጣጠር ፡፡
በአዳዲስ ምርቶች እና የምርት ቴክኖሎጂዎች ላይ መረጃን መሰብሰብ እና መገምገም ፤
የስራ መስፈርቶች:
በእንጨት ሙያ ከቴክኒክና ሙያ ዲፕሎማ የ4 - 7 ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው ሆኖ ማስተባበርና መምራትና የቅርሳ ቅርስ መስራት የሚችል ከዚህ ውስጥ በሶፋ ሥራ 2 አመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው
