Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects. - Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools. - Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. - Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs. - Benchmark costs against historical data and current market trends. - Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with standard measurement methods. - Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for completeness and competitiveness. - Participate in tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises. - Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender instructions, and internal governance.

Educational Background in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports - Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports - Identify schedule variances of project status against schedule baseline - Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines - Coordinate with Senior Planner for resolution of project control issues on site - Conduct regular project site inspections - Prepare project progress reports - Prepare other reports as advised by the Planning Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: -  Plan, design and oversee structural design of roadways, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure such as roads, airports, bridges. - Oversee geotechnical investigations and integrate findings into design solutions. - Review and approve detailed engineering drawings and BOQs. - Ensure compliance with national and international design standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes). - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, hydrology, and traffic engineers. - Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site-related structural issues. - Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and value engineering proposals
