Job Description
Under the general direction and supervision of Air mail operation department, Junior customer Service officer is responsible for delivering outstanding performance in a forwarding and logistics environment, providing exemplary service to our customers through effective management and direct client relationship.
Position Title: Junior Customer Service Officer
Direct Report to: Air mail Operation Department Manager.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any discrepancies or concerns
Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation, including contact information, inquiries, and resolutions.
Serves as front desk officer for all business enquiries.
Handle all customers of the company service requests
Plan and track shipments
Update and Monitor picking accuracy and warehouse activities.
Liaise and Coordinate with warehouse and transport team to insure smooth delivery.
Investigate and resolve orders/deliveries which are late.
Process orders and transactions
Handle customers complain
Collect and analyze customer feed backs.
Deliver information about companies offering.
Respond to customer reviews.
Receive and lead client according to their request.
Maintain a positive emphatics and professional attitude toward customers at all-time.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Create and maintain reports on customer’s interactions.
Encourage customers to complete satisfaction survey.
Make recommendation to managers to improve customer's experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or TVET Level 5 in business administration, communication, or related field preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience: 0 - 2 years of Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus but not required for fresher positions.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
Proactive and customer-focused
