A Senior Site HR Admin typically oversees and manages a range of human resources functions at a specific site or location, ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with company policies and labor laws. The role involves administration of recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, benefits administration, training coordination, and maintaining HR records and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
creating and maintaining employee records
updating internal employee databases
creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
collecting, analyzing and reporting HR metrics
Track attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping for all staff
preparing payroll
Job Requirements:
Education: BA Degree in HRM, Management or related field of study
Experience: 3 years of related work experience out of which 1 year at international company is an added advantage
Experience in a Construction Company is preferred
