• Oversee operations across multiple branches.

• Manage staff, maintain high service standards, and increase sales while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

• Manage and train staff to ensure excellent service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.

• Excellent customer service skills.
