Job Description
Timekeepers review timecards, edit timecards, resolve errors and notify payroll
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
Required Number: 1 (Considering an additional 1 manpower for night shift work)
Ensuring that an employee's time is recorded accurately and completely
Making changes to timecards, such as meal breaks, overtime, or shift differences
Working with employees and supervisors to resolve errors, such as missed punches
Informing payroll when an employee uses codes that affect their paycheck
Ensuring that employees and supervisors sign off on timesheets
Helping new employees report their time for their first pay period
Working with faculty to charge sick time when needed
Education: TVET Level 4 in Human Resources or in a related field of study
Experience: No experience required
