Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our retail stores. This role will involve supervising store teams, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, managing store conditions, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Team Management:

  • Supervise and support store teams to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor the performance of store employees and provide regular coaching

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal store conditions, cleanliness, and product presentation.

Sales Monitoring & Performance Management:

  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all stores, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Work with store team to develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve conversion rates, and increase average transaction values.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and communicate sales targets

  • Analyze sales data to identify key selling products, customer preferences, and opportunities for upselling.

Inventory Management & Stock Control:

  • Oversee inventory levels at each store, ensuring products are stocked appropriately and that inventory discrepancies are addressed quickly.

  • Coordinate stock replenishment, organize product transfers between stores, and ensure the timely arrival of new products.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure that stock is organized and well-maintained

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that the stores consistently deliver excellent customer service, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.

  • Train staff on best practices for customer interaction, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

  • Regularly monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions to improve the overall customer experience in-store.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, staffing, and any operational issues, providing feedback and recommendations to senior management.

  • Communicate effectively with staff to relay objectives, initiatives, and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 - 6 years of Proven experience in retail management or store operations, ideally within the electronics, home appliances, or a similar industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop store teams.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and integrating digital sales strategies into retail operations.

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting and tax laws

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to foster teamwork.

  • Experience with sales reporting, inventory management, and retail performance metrics.
