Job Description
Department Head for an MBA in Aviation Management program provides strategic direction and leadership to ensure the program’s academic excellence and industry relevance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the program is academically rigorous, globally relevant, and prepares students for leadership roles within the aviation industry.
Provide leadership in curriculum development, course delivery, and academic standards.
Maintain strong relationships with, aviation organizations to ensure the program’s relevance.
Ensure students are exposed to real-world aviation challenges through simulations.
Develop and implement strategies for promoting the MBA in Aviation Management program to prospective students.
Job Requirements:
Educaiton: PHD Vertical (Bachelor to PHD must be same in the Aviation field) in the Aviation field
Expereince: 1 years of working expereince
