Job Description
A Trainee Secretary and Office Administration role typically involves learning and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.

Assist with typing, editing, and formatting documents and reports.
Manage correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and memos.
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Organize and maintain filing systems both paper and electronic.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare agendas.
Education: Degree in Secretarial Science/ Office Management and related fields
Experience: Proven at least 1 years’ of experience in secretarial science and clerical science office management
For clerical science or office applications is (essential).
Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel word and power point and communication software.
