Warehouse Head is responsible To  receive, issue and dispatch and keep in storage of finished goods and raw materials per the company policy and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Unload and receive deliveries of raw materials from vehicles as per authorized documents

•  Check, count , measure and inspect the goods received

•   Ensure receiving  reports are prepared for the correct items received

•  Ensure proper recording of stock in and stock out and maintain balance in bin cards

•  Store goods in appropriate section of warehouse as directed.

•   Issue and dispatch raw materials and finished goods against authorization documents 

•   Monitor product quality and report any problems to manager.

•  Observe all health, safety and hygiene rules.

•  Perform related assignments given by immediate boss

Job Requirements:

• Education: 1st degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management or related field   

• Experience:  2 or 4 year experience

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and systems;

• Attention to detail
