Job Description
The role involves developing and presenting design concepts, creating 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings, specifying materials and FF&E, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. Proficiency in Revit, D5 Render, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and color schemes
3D renderings and design packages
Prepare construction drawings, detail drawings for casework & millwork
Material specification, FF&E and site follow up.
Software
Revit, D5 Render, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
Specify materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project needs and budget
Conduct space planning, site measurements, and analysis
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Oversee design implementation, including site visits and quality checks
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices
Job Requirement:
Required Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience (preferably in hospitality or residential projects)
Flexibility and immediate availability
Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when necessary
Immediate availability
Preferred (Optional) Certifications & Skill
NCIDQ certification, LEED accreditation, or similar credentials
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards
