Job Description
Grader Operator Operates heavy equipment called a motor grader to perform public works projects, road maintenance, and construction activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates heavy equipment called a motor grader to perform public works projects, road maintenance, and construction activities.
Responsible for rough or fine grading to prepare surfaces for roads, construction, or pavement base.
Operates the grader to spread and level materials like dirt, gravel, stone to grade specifications.
Shapes and finishes shoulders, slopes, and constructs new road grades.
Reads and understands grade stakes and can balance grades to meet construction tolerances.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience
Experience: 8 years
