A Junior Recruiter is an entry-level professional in human resources responsible for supporting the recruitment process within an organization. The role involves posting job applications, screening résumés, conducting initial phone screenings, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Junior Recruiters also help manage candidate databases, track open positions, and provide administrative support in recruitment activities.
