Job Description
Lead the Human Resource Department of an award-winning hospital with more than 135+ employees, that's working with the Mission to enhance quality of life, through standardized healthcare chains enabled by affordable insurance. Our hospital has also implemented ISO 9001, and eagerly waiting for accreditation.
HR is a department that does a bit more than just hiring and firing at our hospital! It plays a crucial role in Performance Management, Culture Creation and Training, to take the hospital to the next level.
Salary: 40000
Place of Work: Holeta
Develop and incorporate HR policies and procedures
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process
Make sure that all HR activities comply with legal requirements
Establish and manage employee benefits programs
Assess and improve the performance management system
Determine employee needs
Analyze internal and competitor data
Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
Minimum of 3-7 years working in a senior position in the Human Resource Department.
Proficient in English.
Computer skills in using Excel, Word and Google Sheets
