Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Gender: Female Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail, technical, sales, and support roles - Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding - Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files - Manage attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination with finance - Support implementation of performance appraisal systems - Address employee relations issues in a fair and professional manner - Prepare regular HR reports on staffing, turnover, and performance - Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail and ERP) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
