Job Description
Head of Registrar oversees the administration of student records, enrollment, and academic scheduling, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. They manage admissions processes, maintain accurate academic records, and implement efficient systems for registration and graduation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the accurate management of student information.
Overseeing admissions, enrollment, graduation & transcripts.
Lead Registrar’s office, ensuring efficient student services records management.
Oversee registration, enrollment processes for all students, ensuring that systems are efficient.
Ensuring accurate student academic records, course registrations, grades, and degree progress.
Manage the process for graduation, verification of degree requirements, clearance procedures, and the issuance of diplomas.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in IT or in a related field of study
Expereince: 2 years of working experience
