Develop and maintain the learning and development calendar and associated awareness months
Assist managers and staff to analyse learning and capability needs to identify the mix of knowledge and skills required to provide quality service and ensure desired outcomes are achieved
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals.
Design and implement innovative learning and development programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback.
Partner with department heads to identify and address specific skill gaps.
