Afro Steel Production Plc, a fast-growing manufacturing company in Sheet metal and laser production, located in Akaki Kality / Koye Industry Area, is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

Quantity: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Machinist for cut to length machine, laser CNC with skill of Production planning, process optimization, KPI monitoring, problem-solving, leadership, and workflow supervision

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Start, stop, and adjust machines as needed for production runs.

• Monitor machine performance and output to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Education: TVET Level IV in Machine Operation, Manufacturing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 2 - 3 years

• Skills & Competencies: Machine operation, production monitoring, safety compliance, and teamwork
