NOL Intermedical PLC is seeking a Technical Manager (Regulatory) with a Pharmacy background to serve primarily as a Sales Representative for approved medical devices and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in a medical device import company and also support regulatory activities related to EFDA compliance.

The role primarily focuses on promoting and selling approved medical devices and pharmaceutical products, while also ensuring regulatory compliance with EFDA. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, at least 3 years of experience in a medical device import company, and a valid EFDA pharmacy license. Strong sales skills and willingness to travel are required.

Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell medical devices and pharmaceuticals to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with healthcare clients.
Build long-term relationships with medical professionals and procurement officers.
Identify new opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
Achieve sales targets and provide client feedback.
Regulatory Support:
Assist in product registration and certification with EFDA.
Maintain documentation and ensure basic compliance with Ethiopian and international standards.
Communicate with EFDA and assist with streamlining product approvals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a medical device import company, primarily in sales.
Valid EFDA pharmacy license.
Strong sales performance with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits and product support.
