Job Description
The IT Support Officer-I provides front-line technical support and assistance to employees and users within the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, assisting with system configurations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to employees by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and user inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions, either remotely or in person.
Install and configure hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers) and software for users, ensuring all necessary tools are set up for new employees or during system upgrades.
Assist with setting up user accounts and email configurations, and provide initial user access to systems and resources.
Perform system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and backups, to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study
Experience: 2 years experience in IT Support Specialist
