ስትራክቸራል ፎርማን (የመንገድ ግንባታ) በመንገዶች ግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ መዋቅራዊ ስራዎችን ይቆጣጠራል እና ያስተባብራል, ተግባራት በአስተማማኝ, በብቃት እና በዲዛይን ዝርዝሮች መሰረት መጠናቀቁን ያረጋግጣል. ኃላፊነቶች ሰራተኞችን መቆጣጠር፣ ቁሳቁሶችን እና መሳሪያዎችን ማስተዳደር፣ ንድፎችን መተርጎም እና የደህንነት ደንቦችን እና የፕሮጀክት የጊዜ ሰሌዳዎችን መከበራቸውን ማረጋገጥን ያካትታሉ።
