Job Description
The marketing & sales department head oversees department progress, develops sales strategies, engages with various companies and institutions to acquire new projects, and supports and trains the sales team.
Oversees the overall department progress
Develops sales strategies for sales executives
Do a competitor Analysis every 3-6 month
Deal with potential interior Design companies, construction & Real estate companies and Governmental and non-governmental Institutions.
Acquire new projects that can pay in cash or in credit
Acquiring new projects by giving a customize option
Giving a customize option
Follow up the sales executive sales team
Help the sales executives on the sales closing
Train the new project sales executive teams
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: At least 7 years of sales and marketing experience.
