Job Description
The Senior Store Keeper reporting to the Store Manager is responsible for managing the storage, issuance, and documentation of construction materials, tools, and equipment at project sites or warehouse. This role ensures that materials are received, stored, and issued accurately, helping prevent delays and reduce wastage in coordination with Store Manager.

Receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Procurement Department.
To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, etc.
To categories the materials category wise and stock in the appropriate locations.
To take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
Periodical stock verification and always ensure correctness of stock.
To take safety measure for the warehouse and staff working in store.
To maintain the neat and tidiness of store.
To issue materials to the departments as per the requests received.
To issue materials to departments as per the schedule.
To act for disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure.
To maintain all the documents up to date.
Generate reports and submit to respective departments.
Conduct quarterly/biannual store count and submit report
Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and management
Education: Education Background in or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 3\4 years
