Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.

• Assist in processing payments, receipts, and payroll.

• Maintain petty cash and support cash flow tracking.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Help in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.

• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.

• File and organize financial documents for easy retrieval.

• Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and government regulations.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Finance Head.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance graduated from only Government university with GPA of > 3.00.
