Job Description

The supply chain technical director is the principal for the efficient and effective operations of the supply chain in the company. He/she is responsible for providing strategic direction, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating and implementing the overall production, transportation, warehouse, maintenance and techniques functions of the Company.
Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and supervises the production, the quality and the technique functions of the company.
Provides strategic direction and guidance for the Brewery.
Provides strategic direction and guidance for the maintenance and engineering functions of the company
Provides strategic direction and guidance for the quality assurance functions of the company
Provides strategic direction and guidance for procurement, transportation and warehouse functions of the company.
Provides strategic direction and guidance for the supply chain capability initiatives and functions of the company
Ensures the supply chain plan is properly designed and supply chain operations are executed as per the plan
Strategically works for the contentious improvement of the value chain for effectiveness and efficiency.
Leads supply chain improvement projects to increase scalability, improve quality, and enhance processes efficiency
Ensure all the available assets and equipment’s are properly used according to the specifications
Works to identify latest technology, raw material usage, and capacity development initiatives
Ensures the existence of continuous capacity development services for the improvement of supply chain
Ensure maintenance of the assets and equipment in good conditions in accordance with the regulations applicable (safety, maintenance, etc)
Ensure selection and maintenance of transportation assets to meet mid and long-term capacity requirements at optimal cost.
Carries out other activities as assigned by the CEO
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Supply Chain or in a related field of study
10 Years of working experience
