BSc Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide on-site training, coaching, and mentoring to health facility staff on MNCHN, IPC, nutrition, and immunization. - Conduct frequent field visits to health facilities using motorbikes or other option. - Map and build a pool of mentors in each thematic area and mobilize them to support service providers with a catchment base approach.

BSc Degree in Public Health, Mental Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support project staff in mental health and psychosocial support activities. - Provide guidance and technical support for project staff including training facilitation. - Together with Partners project staff, engage in beneficiary selection for each activity including enrollment in livelihood program. 

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Global Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Location: HPA Country Office, Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to Oromia and Amhara Regions Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and mentor regional data collection teams, ensuring compliance with research standards and timelines. - Support the planning and facilitation of national and regional policy dialogues to secure consensus and political commitment. - Contribute to donor and partner reporting as required.

MSc or BSc Degree in Midwifery or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic technical support for the design, rollout, and monitoring of maternal and newborn health (MNH) programs within assigned clusters.  - Ensure that interventions are aligned with national MNCHN policies and adapted to the specific needs of agrarian, semi-urban, and pastoralist communities. - Work closely with woreda health offices and health facilities to improve the quality and integration of key MNH services—including antenatal care (ANC), skilled birth attendance (SBA), postnatal care (PNC), emergency obstetric and newborn care (EmONC), and newborn care—alongside nutrition and child health services.

BSc Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Location: Elweye/Dugdadawa/Gomole Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct capacity building interventions to HEWs and community health workers and community mobilization activities with key Health messages, - Provide essential lifesaving nutrition services to the targeted community collaborating with nutrition officers and government helath workers  - Prepare and share monthly and quarterly activity reports timely.

PhD in Epidemiology, Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology, Public Health, Environmental and Occupational Health And Safety or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
