Construction Project Managers in real estate must have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. They should also possess effective communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.

The responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager in real estate typically include:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
