Department: Procurement, supply and logistics Management Department
Location: Head Office level
Reports to: Supply Management team leader
Duties and Responsibilites:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
Organize and store items in designated areas to maintain order and accessibility.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
Issue materials and supplies according to approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory databases (manual or computerized).
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods to avoid damage or loss
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
An associate's degree or vocational training in electrical or mechanical maintenance, often with a focus on industrial systems, may also be sufficient for some positions.
Experience: 2 years of work expereince
