Job Description
A Senior Project Specialist typically leads and manages projects, focusing on planning, execution, and sometimes providing guidance to junior team members. They develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on track with timelines and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against those plans.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.
Preparing and delivering project updates to various stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensuring the project team has the necessary resources and tools to complete tasks effectively.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Identifying opportunities to improve project processes and workflows.
Providing guidance and support to junior team members, and potentially leading project teams.
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related fields with relevant work experience
Experience: 6 years of work experience for Master's Degree and 8 years of work experience for Master's Degree
