Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV, lighting, staging, and media equipment
Set up, test, and operate equipment during events and productions
Diagnose and repair technical faults quickly and effectively
Support technical planning for events in coordination with the production team
Maintain equipment logs and update asset tracking systems
Guide and support junior technicians on technical standards and safety
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and manufacturer guidelines
Job Requirement:
Education: Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Audio/Visual Technology, or a related field
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating media, event, or broadcast equipment
