Job Description
Financial managers handle all the matters in reference to the finance and investments of a company. They manage financial operations of companies such as the assets, liabilities, equity and cash flow aiming to maintain the financial health of the company and operative viability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing the financial health of an organization.
Creating financial reports, strategies, and forecasts.
Managing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and investment activities.
Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.
Advising on financial planning and risk management.
Supervise financial teams and collaborate with other departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
At least five years of experience in finance-related positions, such as a financial analyst or accountant.
Proficiency in financial planning, accounting, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance with tax laws.
Ability to create strategic business plans based on financial analysis.
