As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and executing high-impact marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that promote our products and support our efforts across Ethiopia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with Orbit Health’s business goals.

• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website to boost brand recognition and lead generation.

• Analyze customer and market trends to inform strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring high adoption rates for Orbit Health’s products.

• Plan and coordinate events, including product launches, exhibitions, webinars, and community engagement activities, to promote Orbit Health solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development and Technical team) to optimize go-to-market strategies and ensure product success.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs such as reach, impressions, and conversion rates.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and healthcare institutions to enhance market presence and brand credibility.

Job Requirements:

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or health related field. * Medical Drs. are highly encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, and social media marketing.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
