We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman with experience in building construction to join our engineering/design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed structural drawings and plans based on engineering specifications and architectural designs. The draftsman should have a solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and structural design principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects.

• Developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings.

• Ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.

• Work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way.

• Excellent communication skills will be preferred.

• Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable.

• Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously.

• Assisting other staff and BIM/Revit Technicians.
