Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman with experience in building construction to join our engineering/design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed structural drawings and plans based on engineering specifications and architectural designs. The draftsman should have a solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and structural design principles.
Required Number: 2
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects.
Developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings.
Ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way.
Excellent communication skills will be preferred.
Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable.
Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously.
Assisting other staff and BIM/Revit Technicians.
