Job Description
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical and safety standards. They lead engineering teams, manage resources, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Quantity Required: 1
Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise apartment building projects.
Define organization and staffing for engineering departments.
Review contracts and technical project requirements.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Oversee engineering deliverables and supervise project execution.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and resolve conflicts.
Monitor project progress against milestones and budgets.
Education: BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience: Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in large-scale building projects
Strong leadership, contract administration, and project management skills
