We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Sales Engineer with a background in Architecture and Graphics Design to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

As a Project Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, providing technical recommendations, and driving sales for our construction finishing materials. Your ability to combine design skills with technical knowledge will be essential in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilites:

Architectural Design & Technical Support:

• Prepare detailed architectural designs and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

• Provide technical recommendations to customers regarding the selection and application of construction finishing materials.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and propose customized solutions.

• Generate sales by promoting and selling our range of construction finishing materials (paints, sanitary materials, ceramics, kitchen cabinetry, doors, and bathroom materials).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, and technical support) to meet project requirements.

• Create visually appealing presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to showcase product applications and design concepts.

• Assist customers in visualizing the final outcome of their projects.

• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any technical or design-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphics Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 0 - 2 years of Proven experience in architectural design, graphics design, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar tools.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction finishing materials (paints, ceramics, sanitary materials, etc.).

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
