The Deputy General Manager will ensure the efficient and profitable management of our poultry farming operations and expansion projects, focusing on sustainability, growth, and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

• Lead and managed the 4-hectare poultry farming and animal feed expansion project.

• Align goals, timelines, and resources with senior management and stakeholders.

• Supervise and guide department managers to achieve project success.

Project Planning & Implementation

• Oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure and systems.

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor progress and address challenges to ensure milestones are met.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of poultry farming and feed production.

• Maintain productivity, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.

• Implement best practices to optimize efficiency.

Financial Management

• Plan and manage budgets for the expansion project.

• Analyze costs and enforce cost-control measures.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.

• Foster a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Integrate sustainability practices into farming and feed production.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.

• Experience: 7-10 years in poultry farming, animal feed production, or agricultural management.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and projects.

• Familiarity with modern farm management systems and technologies.
