Job Description
The Technical Expert assesses materials for construction projects, selects and approves appropriate materials, ensures compatibility and alignment with project owners' interests, consults on suitable materials, and conducts market assessments.
Required Number: 3
Duties & Responsibilities
Visit project sites to assess the materials needed for construction projects.
Select appropriate materials and provide approval for the sales team based on construction requirements.
Ensure that the chosen materials are compatible with the building's structure.
Confirm that the selected materials align with the interests of the building/project owner.
Consult the company on which materials are suitable for different types of buildings and real estate projects.
Conduct market need assessments and provide reports to the project manager to facilitate the procurement of required materials.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management field of study.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
Previous experience in a technical expert role is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
