Job Description
Our company Kezen Trading PLC seeks a fresh graduate accountant from recognized universities in Ethiopia.
Required Number: 2
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare payrolls for associates
Process accounts payable and cash disbursement functions
Process all accounts payable~ cheque/transfer payments
Compile credit card statements and supporting documents from card holders
Maintain vender files and projects
Record financial transactions
Publish financial statements in time that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
Prepare financial journals
Publish financial statements in time that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Prepare forms and financial documentations including balance sheets
Prepare budget and financial plans
Identify potential discrepancies and reconciling tradeoffs
Manage all accounting transactions
Compile monthly, quaternary and annual finical reports
Prepare budget forecasts
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Research state laws and update procedures and documentations
Administer the head office of the company
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from recognized university
Experience: 0 - 1 years of working experience (Fresh graduate)
Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge and skills of accounting applications
Excellent in Excel, Microsoft Word and other computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as customer handling
Able to meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork
Able to understand, speak, listen, and write English language
