Place of work: Kasanchise – Radisson Blu Hotel – Rainforest Spa
Required Number: 2
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations,
Managing staff schedules and overall spa , and
Ensuring high standards of guest service and cleanliness
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a spa or wellness center.
Required Skills:
Well understanding and fluently speaking English language
Well communication skill
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products.
Ability to handle client complaints and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
