Job Description
A Project Engineer is responsible for managing all technical and engineering aspects of projects from conception to completion. Their duties typically include preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering tasks; ensuring compliance with applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations; interacting with clients to interpret project needs; managing budgets and resources; mentoring project team members; reviewing deliverables; and maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting project status. They also collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success within scope, budget, and timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate design review, site execution, quality control, and resource planning.
Plan and schedule engineering tasks and project activities to meet deadlines.
Manage the project budget by developing plans, tracking expenses, and adjusting as necessary.
Delegate tasks to team members, providing guidance and mentoring to optimize performance.
Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate project status.
Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to project criteria.
Job Requirements:
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in construction projects
Strong technical, analytical, and resource management skills
