Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and internal processes, including developing strategies for enhancement, conducting audits, and implementing training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous process improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for enhancing internal quality processes and overall Quality of project deliverables
Conduct regular audits and assessments of internal processes and project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize internal work flows.
Develop and implement training programs for all employees to ensure a consistent understanding of internal quality processes.
Required Skills:
Preferably Previously engaged in Quality management system implementation
Familiarity with project management concepts.
Preferably with any Quality related certification
Strong skills in quality assurance, project management, process improvement, and training program development.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software for effective quality monitoring and control.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members towards achieving quality goals
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Project Quality Management.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position
