Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ahununu Trading Plc. In this role, you will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the logistics industry.

Direct reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary: as per the company scale

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

 Order Management:

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients as needed.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.

 Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional activities and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to traveling to regional offices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

  • 1 - 3 years of working experience, in experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
