The role is ideal for someone with social media management and graphic design experience, looking to grow quickly and gain experience in social media marketing industry. The right person is self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and activities to support.

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Digital Marketer to support our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing our online content, and enhancing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing strategies and tools and be able to contribute effectively to our marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responisbilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development and Execution shaping the company's online presence and brand image. And crafting a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and outlining clear goals and tactics for each platform. Then oversee the implementation of this strategy, ensuring that all social media activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

  • Content Creation and Curation Across Platforms: tasked with creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms. This includes writing compelling copy, designing eye-catching graphics, and producing captivating videos that resonate with our target audience. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and audience preferences is necessary to ensure that our content remains relevant and impactful.

  • Timely and Professional Social Media Engagement: Responsibility for monitoring social media channels and responding promptly and professionally to comments, and  messages. Fostering positive interactions with our audience and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner is crucial in this role.

  • Performance Analysis and KPI Adjustment: analysis of the performance of social media efforts using various analytics tools will be conducted. Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics are tracked to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media campaigns. Based on the analysis, data-driven recommendations for adjustments to our strategy to optimize performance and achieve our goals are made.

  • Collaboration on Campaign Development: Close collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing initiatives and product launches is facilitated by the Collaboration on Campaign Development role. Creative ideas and strategic insights are contributed to campaign planning meetings, and collaborative work is done to bring campaigns to life across various social media channels.

  • Management of Advertising Campaigns: The planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising efforts. This includes budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking. Monitoring the effectiveness of our ads and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve our advertising goals is part of the role.

  • Content Calendar Management: content calendar is developed and maintained to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media channels. Content planning and scheduling are done in advance, taking into account key dates, holidays, and marketing campaigns. Coordination with other team members to ensure that content aligns with our overall marketing strategy and brand messaging is part of the role.

  • Competitive Analysis for Growth Opportunities: Conducting regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the company’s social media strategy. Benchmarking our performance against competitors, analyze their tactics and strategies, and identify areas where we can gain a competitive edge.

  • Community Building for Brand Advocacy: Act as the Community Building specialist, focusing on fostering a positive and engaged community around the  company’s brand. Interacting with our audience, encourages user-generated content, and facilitate meaningful conversations. The goal is to build brand loyalty, foster advocacy, and turn customers into enthusiastic brand ambassadors.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome).

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role 2 years or more .

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong graphic design skills

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and Photoshop skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics tools is a plus.

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas is desirable.
