Job Description
The Project Sales Manager oversees department progress, develops sales strategies, engages with various companies and institutions to acquire new projects, supports and trains the sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversees the overall department progress
Develops sales strategies for sales executives
Do a competitor Analysis every 3-6 month
Deal with potential interior Design companies, construction & Real estate companies and Governmental and non-governmental Institutions.
Acquire new projects that can pay in cash or in credit
Acquiring new projects by giving a customize option
Giving a customize option
Follow up the sales executive sales team
Help the sales executives on the sales closing
Train the new project sales executive teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience
At least 7 years of sales and marketing experience.
