Job Description
Audiovisual specialists are skilled professionals who focus on the effective operation of audiovisual systems and technology. These specialists are required to maintain and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment that are used in broadcasts and recordings
Duties & Responsibilities:
They often set up equipment before an event and take it down afterwards. These events may include meetings, broadcast productions, sporting events or performances.
Responsible for the operations and maintenance of audio and video equipment in recording sets.
Responsible for operating a variety of technical equipment including single and multiple portable cameras, remote-control and electronic cameras, cranes and mobile mountings.
Set up, operate and maintain equipment to record and edit images and sound for radio and television broadcasts, at live events and for telecommunication signals
Job Requirements:
BA or Diploma in audio visual or related fields with relevant work experience
Experience:
2-4 years of working experience
