Polytech Trading PLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist / Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, financial reporting, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient office operations

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage meeting schedules, appointments.
Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
