Job Description
Work Place: Addis Ababa Head office
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Maintains detailed documentation of the project's progress
Prepares detailed lists of all materials, labor, and services required for the construction project
Administers contracts by monitoring the progress of the project and assessing payments due to contractors
Continuously monitors and manages project costs to ensure it stays within the budget
Assesses the value of methods and materials used in the project and suggests ways to improve cost-efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
Job Requirements:
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study
Good computer skill, QS, Planning and preparation of Bid document and payment documents.
Experience:
3 years of working experience
