በጀት በማዘጋጀት መርዳት፣ ወጪዎችን መከታተል፣ እና ለፋይናንስ እቅድ የወጪ ትንበያዎችን ማቅረብ
ትርፋማነትን ለመወሰን እና ፍትሃዊ ዋጋን ለማረጋገጥ ለምርቶች፣ አገልግሎቶች ወይም ክፍሎች ወጪዎችን በትክክል ይመድቡ
ትክክለኛ ወጪዎችን ከበጀት ወጪዎች ጋር ያወዳድራሉ፣ ልዩነቶችን ይመርምራሉ፣ እና ግኝቶችን ለአስተዳደር ሪፖርት ያደርጋሉ
የምርት ወጪዎችን ይቆጣጠሩ ፣ የአክሲዮን ደረጃዎችን ይከታተሉ እና የጥሬ ዕቃዎችን እና የተጠናቀቁ ዕቃዎችን ትክክለኛ ግምገማ ያረጋግጡ።
