Job Description
Data Encoders update, maintain and retrieve information held on computer systems. They prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and verify entered customer and account data.
Location: Torhailoch, Addis Ababa
Employment Type: 4-month contract
Duties and Responsibilities:
Input and update data in computer systems.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors.
Maintain data confidentiality and organize records.
Assist in generating reports and meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level IV in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field of study
1 - 2 years in data entry or related field
Skills:
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and data software.
Fast typing, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
