Job Description

The Sales & Project Coordinator oversees department progress, develops sales strategies, engages with various companies and institutions to acquire new projects, and supports and trains the sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the overall department progress

  • Develops sales strategies for sales executives

  • Do a competitor Analysis every 3-6 month

  • Deal with potential interior Design companies, construction & Real estate companies and Governmental and non-governmental Institutions.

  • Acquire new projects that can pay in cash or in credit

  • Acquiring new projects by giving a customize option

  • Giving a customize option

  • Follow up the sales executive sales team

  • Help the sales executives on the sales closing

  • Train the new project sales executive teams 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study with relevant work experience.

  • Experience: At least 7 years of sales and marketing experience.
