A BIM Draftsman is responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects. Their duties include developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings, and ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: TVET Level 4 in Drafting Technology or in a related field of study

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of working experience

Required Skills:

• The individual will assume the full responsibility of drafting and documentation of discipline specific related works.

• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way

• Excellent communication skills

• Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable

• Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously

• Ability to assist other staff and BIM/Revit Technicians
